Our reality shapes consciousness. This theory would mean that both time and space are shaped by how we perceive them rather than being solid entities that exist.
This would contradict what is widely theorized and viewed by society which is that the world exists and has an independent objective unrelated to any one observer.
A New Way of Thinking
Many experiments suggest that there may be more to “death” than meets the eye. Society sees life as a process of carbon and additional molecules at work until we reach our demise and disintegrate into the earth’s soil. It is this view that makes accepting death more easily since it promotes the belief that our essence is our body in which is the entity that eventually deteriorates. However, what if there was an alternative way to look at all of this?
A theory by Dr. Robert Lanza referred to as “biocentrism” may be just the thing that shifts our viewpoint into a whole new way to look at death. The theory proposes an alternative way to conceptualize death incorporating our consciousness and life into the discussion. This way of thinking also can potentially explain additional mysteries of the universe.
Space and Time Redefined
If we dial back and view death as a cingular concept in a world that is both timeless and spaceless it does not exist. The concept of death exists because the world we live in is dictated by space and time.
The experiments conducted by Dr. Lanza show that communicating via light particles can be instant. This discovery means that communication goes beyond space and time and not only that. This indicates not only how we have perceived space and time for decades is inaccurate but also how we have viewed life and death all this time.
What Does Death Without Time Mean?
If we remove time and space from how we conceptualize the world, death wouldn’t hold the same weight. Rather the concept of immortality would enter the picture and a level of existence outside the concept of time would take place.
There are many angles that still challenge such theories but this new finding could potentially open the door to explore such possibilities.
The Many Worlds of the Universe
Quantum Mechanics as it is defined today is a sub-focus within the study of physics. It provides us with an explanation of how items can have both pieces of matter and waves that can conduct energy. This concept pushes us to question our reality. If we were to view existence as “many worlds” every observation would correlate to a different universe, a multiverse. This would mean that outcomes can occur at the same time.
When examining death, following this way of thinking would mean that it doesn’t actually exist the way we conceptualize it. It would argue that it doesn’t exist at all and that we continue to exist because it has already taken place. This theory calls on similar elements of biocentrism.
A Reoccurring Fascination
Societies have always been fascinated by death. This fascination could stem from a deep curiosity about the unknown. The concept has been affecting human interactions and viewpoints for as long as we can remember.
Reconstructing such concepts as we know them, there is no telling how it will affect our future psychological states and only time will tell as researchers explore this further.
